I saved this photo session on my computer as the first in 2023. I made it in December, but I developed and scanned all photos in January. One, very simple concept. Two sisters. Pretty nice idea for a life record or a life memoir. Just for changing the pictures in frames at home. The session was made in a house garden. Perfect spot for sisterhood photography. I love these personal ideas in a photo session. So many of those these days.

The photo shoot was Monika’s initiative, so besides the sisterhood photo, I did a couple portraits of her and only one of Magda. They both wanted a double-exposition portrait. In a perfect, cosy garden at the back of their house, in a cold windy December.

There are so many beautiful details in these photographs. I will definitely talk about those little more somewhere in the future.
