Recycled Bieszczady | analog photography

I love working with black-and-white negatives. They give endless possibilities for further analogue processing. I create my worlds. Sometimes completely new, sometimes very familiar to me. I recreate the world created in my head. My world is so rich. I can share it by making such photos.

It is a kind of recycling for me. I give new life to the photos I took already. Sometimes I make collages, but recently I prefer to play with watercolours. The last series of coloured photographs were from the Bieszczady Mountains. I printed the photos taken with a half-frame camera on a home printer. Then I coloured them. You can’t see it in the scans, but some have a lovely glow. I fell in love with the golden watercolour.

A journey through the dreamed Bieszczady Mountains.
