I still don’t take pictures with a smartphone.
Recently, while driving to a choir rehearsal, I totally forgot my cell phone. It was a beautiful two hours. I don’t need technology to conduct rehearsals. I have choristers, a piano and sheet music. Nothing else is needed.
My husband and I go on trips to the Swiss Alps and I still don’t photograph them with high-speed digital photography. I always take my camera with me. Analog, of course. I’m happier with it.
I plan my blog posts in advance, and I do the same with my instagram. It takes a lot out of me to run an artistic business these days. But somehow I manage and manage to find my own peace in all this.
I like to forget about my cell phone. I feel free.
How about you? How do you deal with all of this?
