When working on art photography, I sometimes dig through old photos for inspiration. This time I’m drowning in looking through old photos from the half-frame Chaika 3. Lots of leaves, trees, photographic grain. I also dug into portraits. I love playing with this strange little camera. Sharpness is unfamiliar to it. And that’s a good thing. She doesn’t need it.
A few finds from 2020. I had an arrangement for a photo shoot with a very cool music band at the time. They canceled the session at the last minute due to a band member suspected of contracting covid. Everything was ready. Tina, the portrait girl, helped me create the scenery. We were left alone, without the team. We had fun in the woods.
