Being in nature, experiencing it, listening to it, meditating. This opens you up to mindfulness, and this further leads you to a more complete life.

I really like to start my day with a walk. Preferably early in the morning, when there are not many people around yet.

You can then truly disconnect from reality.
You can truly be alone with yourself.
You can practice mindfulness.
You can feel the air on your face, hear the sound of the water in the river, maybe feel that water on your own feet.

These are by far my favorite mornings. They make such photographs.
