Dear friends,
My calendar is filling up quickly, so if you’re thinking about starting singing or ear training lessons after the summer break, it’s best to get in touch with me in advance so I can reserve a spot for you!
At the moment, I’m teaching in my home studio in Turgi, at the Catholic Church in Turgi, at the Reformed Church in Nussbaumen (where I also lead a gospel choir), and online.
For online lessons, I continue to use Lessonface — a platform I’ve trusted for years. It shows my real-time availability, allows for easy scheduling, and has an integrated payment system, making the whole experience super convenient. Lessons are held via Zoom, which I find works really well for music teaching.
If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to drop me a message — I’m always happy to help.
In the meantime, I warmly invite you to two musical events this weekend:
- On Saturday, I’ll be singing with Vocalino Wettingen, performing the program we presented during our recent tour in the Czech Republic and Poland. Expect lots of beautiful classical choral music — some with accompaniment, but mostly a cappella.
- On Sunday in Thun, you’re welcome to join a special church service featuring my gospel choir Spirit of Hope. And at 5 PM, we’ll be giving a concert with a program full of gospel music, accompanied by our dear friend and pianist, Grimoaldo Macchia. One of the highlights will be “You Raise Me Up”, specially arranged for our choir and four soloists by Aldo a few years ago. It’s going to be a powerful evening!
Hope to see you there!
Warmly,
Joanna
