For me, it was the perfect start to summer. After finishing my musical projects, I spent the weekend doing reportage with an analogue camera in hand.
Zane and Mark’s photo story is the definition of what photography means to me. It’s for people: to capture them on such a special day and preserve their memories for years to come. To celebrate the moments.
Their naturalness shaped this reportage – I was simply there to take the photos.
I worked with the light and colors exactly as they revealed themselves that day. Everything fell into place seamlessly – Kodak Portra, Kodak Gold, Fomapan 200, and Fomapan 100. Small format and medium format, single shots and double exposures. It was meant to be.
Zane & Mark on film.
