is a series of photographs that grew into a quiet meditation on rhythm, repetition, and tone. The word “pattern” is sometimes used to describe minimalism in music — a musical language I deeply love and one that became the central inspiration for this work.

Each image seemed to unfold on its own, guided by intuition and the music playing in the background. The photographs are analogue, printed on watercolor paper, and hand-embroidered, bringing together image, texture, and gesture.

The series captures places scattered across the world — some close to home, others far away. Each piece is the result of hours spent in quiet observation and reflection, allowing simple forms and repeated elements to become visual rhythms.
