I slow down and seek space for creativity. The more time I invest in my peace of mind, the more successful I become in life. So I take care of myself.
For me, taking care of myself is also taking care of my creativity. So every day I try to have at least a moment for my imagination, and every week I use it.
My German already allows me to communicate in everyday life, so I see a big improvement all around. On top of that, I will start working with a great choir from January, so it promises to be a very fruitful time indeed. All my hardships of the last six months are gently bearing sweet fruit.
Today baby’s breath. My hand-coloured portrait of nature. Painted in peace, calmly, at my own pace. It hangs on my wall and straightens up. It is now ready to be shown. I have submitted it, along with other nature portraits, to an exhibition in Zurich, we will see what time brings. I had to put the sale on hold, but it is very possible that this portrait will still return to the shop. If not in this form, then in another.
